The staff was absolutely amazing Very professional Our new roof looks just like the roof on our house same materials and style. They did a great job cleaning up the job site While they were replacing the roof the found rotted wood and at rear of Garage. And on the roof Replaced and repair at a minimal cost.We could not been more satisfied with the quality of work done.! A Job well done !! Neill & Sons were great to work with and well valued. The recent persistent cold weather led to heavy ice damming which exposed unknown long-term roof degradation. Kevin was assuring throughout the process of assessing the path forward. Mike, the on-site manager during the install was courteous and open with communication of progress throughout the install. The whole project took about a day and the team was thorough in ensuring we were satisfied with the craftsmanship. Would hire again.

These guys and gals were great! Quality work all the way around. Tristen was all over it. He kept us informed of every step, answered all of our questions and made double sure the work area was cleaned up and the work area put back to its original condition. Neil and son roofing did great! Looks great! Was able to get me in within a week. Tyler was super informative on any concerns and explained everything great, he made extra caution that the roofers would get any loose nails laying around so my dog didnt step on any in yard. Neil and Son was wonderful to work with from start to finish. As a customer, it's been difficult to find a roofing company that was willing to meet my needs - I was requesting a partial roof repair to get my home up to speed for sale, and winter. Most roofers scoffed at me and insisted entire roof replacement for a cost I was no where near ready to take on. Neil and son was sympathetic and understanding of my situation and completed a clean and professional repair. Their team was courtesy and professional. Doug texted me with schedule expectations and updates while Tristen oversaw the project.

From start to finish Neill & Son Roofing was a very professional contractor. It was easy talking to Kevin about the project and my expectations. I was updated about start dates and was put in contact with multiple project managers (Tristen and Doug). The project managers were on sight to make sure everything was on schedule and answered any questions I had. They also kept me updated regarding changes that were required due to issues found after the old roof was removed. No work was completed without an explanation and my approval. The roofing crew arrived on time and worked from dawn to dusk.

My roof was leaking, after calling for Inspection a professional roofer showed up (Tyler). Soon as he showed and got started, he immediately found several problems I was not aware of. Tyler took pictures and was able to show me exactly what was wrong. After some talking and showing of the pictures I decide to go ahead and set up a follow up appointment for the contract to fix my roof. Tyler came back a couple days later with a professional packet and file on record of the contract and what it applies, new roof, taking old materials, setting new shiggles exc. Tristan Marshall, Project Success Manager, explained the process exactly and checked in with us several times throughout the day to update the progress and answer any questions. They put tarps down to catch nails and roofing debris, and even used a nail picker to make sure the yard was clean. The crew worked fast, did quality work, and left everything looking great. Neill and Son Roofing did a fantastic job on our house and detached garage. They had to install new sheathing and also installed new roof and ridge vents . We have a two story home but it took only two days for them to finish everything. They’re fast! The crew also carefully covered our garden beds, patio and front porch with plastic tarps to prevent inadvertent damage. The manager was on site and kept us updated as the work progressed which was greatly appreciated. Finally, the crew did a wonderful job cleaning up the job site when they were done. Neil and Son Roofing provided exceptional work. The job was very small and I was concerned it was not worth their time. I had the gutter adjusted so it emptied into another gutter to eliminate a downspout that emptied to the foundation. They reviewed the structure , confirmed what I was requesting and completed the work quickly. They cleaned up the site and verified the work was done to my satisfaction. I appreciate the level and clarity of communication throughout the process.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and attentive. The actual installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional and courteous. Our HOA hired the company to complete the roof on two (5 unit each) buildings in Wexford. They worked with HOA and the residents from start to finish to accommodate everyone’s needs. The job was completed in agreed time frame. The project manager was supervising on the site and addressing all the concerns. The site was clean and well organized. The HOA is very satisfied with the way the project was handled and the quality of the work that was done. We will definitely re-hire them again if/when needed.
